Iris de Moüy Paris Hand Fan

Made in

Holy smoke! Paris artist Iris de Moüy has captured the essence of the Parisienne (chic, sassy, disobedient) in this whimsical prêt-à-porter hand-fan. Part of the “Paris by Iris” collection.

Made of printed cotton and sycamore wood, the eye-catching design allows you to take a bit of Paris with you wherever you go. And with this cool number in hand, you won’t be short of fans.

Comes in a black cotton pouch, the fabric is woven in France, and marked with the Duvelleroy logo.

Stick length 22.9cm

Designed in Paris by Iris de Moüy and Duvelleroy. Handmade in Spain.

Eloïse Gilles

The brand-heritage expert who reinvented historic fan house Duvelleroy

ESSEC graduate Eloise honed her professional nous working as a brand-heritage consultant for maisons such as Van Cleef & Arpels et Yves Saint Laurent. Just as she was casting around for her own project, she encountered Raphaëlle Le Baud, who was holding a fan – kickstarting an unlikely exchange that would see the duo resuscitate high-end 19th-century fan house Duvelleroy in 2010 (Eloise is now solo). Fashion world collaborations raised its profile, with 2014 seeing the launch of an e-shop and boutique – on the same street as Eloise’s gallery/artisan incubator Mayaro.
